Blueseed Group’s ‘Bond Club’ Campaign Nominated for 2019 MMA Smarties Short List

The finalists of the 2019 MMA Smarties Awards have been announced. Blueseed are very excited to be in the top 5 of the Relationship Building / CRM Category for our Bond Club campaign for Bluescope’s Colorbond steel brand.

What is the Bond Club?

The Bond Club is a digital content hub available on demand any time to Vietnam’s business leaders. The Bond Club serves to build brand awareness within the apps user base but Colorbond wanted it to go deeper into their overall marketing process. Colorbond wanted to use the Bond Club as a key driver of their Customer Relationship Management strategy. We did this by both increasing their customer database and utilizing the latest digital marketing techniques in real time to discover which of their customers are most valuable and help to develop strong and personal relationships based on these insights throughout their consumer journey.

How did we do it?

Blueseed’s Ad Tech Innovation team designed and built the Bond Club platform including mobile apps on both Android and IOS operating systems. Our Data Science Team created a custom real time lead scoring process to identify the hottest potential opportunities for Colorbond’s sales team. Bluesummit, our performance marketing team, ran a highly targeted Lead Generation Campaign built on customized targeting data sources to reach Vietnam’s business leaders.  The result is a unique and highly successful B2B Customer Relationship Management process that will feed Colorbond’s marketing process for years to come.

The Bond Club campaign will be presented at the MMA Impact event on the 25th of October before the final MMA Smarties results will be announced at a Gala Awards ceremony.
